A living baby book
First smile, first step, first word. Add a photo to any of them, then turn a run of them into a collage or a keepsake card the family can celebrate together.

One calm, shared picture of your baby's day. Every feed, nap, cuddle and milestone, so the people who love your little one can share the load instead of the stress.
BubSync is in pre-release open testing on Android and iPhone — free to install, updated often, and your feedback shapes what ships at launch.
BubSync AI
One place for everything BubSync writes. Pick what you need, whether that is a plan for the day, your baby's sleep rhythm or play ideas, and it comes back grounded in your own logged days, ready to edit, keep, or pin where the next carer will see it.
A day schedule, written for today Premium
One timed plan for the day ahead: naps, feeds and play, generated from your baby's own logged pattern, and interwoven into a single schedule when more than one baby is along for the day.
Sleep rhythm, play ideas, milestones and insights Premium
Pick what you need and it is written from your baby's own logs. When there is not enough logged yet, it says so and gives age-banded guidance framed as general, never as your baby's own pattern.
Answers you can edit, keep and pin Premium
Every response streams in, opens in the same editor as your instruction manual, and can be saved to the family feed, or pinned above the timeline where the next carer will see it.
The welcome poem and the milestone prompts further down this page are AI as well, and both are free.
AI-generated schedules, summaries and suggestions are general guidance generated from your logged data. They are never medical advice.
The BubSync AI hub
Pick what you need, and for whom
A plan for Bub’s day, from her own recent pattern:
Sample output — in the app, every response is generated live from your own logged timeline, and you can edit it before you keep it.
Start with the essentials, then add custom activity types as your routine evolves.
More than a logbook
BubSync remembers more than feeds and naps. It keeps the firsts, and writes something just for your baby.
First smile, first step, first word. Add a photo to any of them, then turn a run of them into a collage or a keepsake card the family can celebrate together.
The moment you welcome a new baby, BubSync writes them a short poem of their own. Keep it in their memories and it stays there for good.
Hello, little one,
the world held its breath
for the morning
you arrived.
written for your baby
BubSync suggests which firsts to watch for around your baby's age. The quiet ones still get written down, and the baby book keeps them.
Memories & milestones
The firsts fly by. BubSync catches them, and makes sure the whole village gets to cheer.

Handing over
Most trackers stop at the people who have the app. The person who turns up at seven to watch your baby usually does not, and never will for one evening.
Send a handover as a link that opens in any browser for 24 hours. The person you send it to needs no account and no app.
Write your care essentials and instruction manual once: comforts and likes, sensitivities and dislikes, and how you do things.
An invite asks who the person is: a parent, family, a carer, or a mix you pick yourself. They see what someone in that role should see, for the babies you chose, without you configuring anything.
Premium adds live shared care: invite a partner, grandparent or carer into the family so the handover keeps updating instead of freezing at the moment you sent it. Sent, delivered and seen, for every device in the family. You can tell whether the 3 am feed reached your partner before you go back to sleep. See how sharing and handovers work.
Quick answers
Searchers usually want one of three things first: a feeding tracker, a sleep tracker, or a shared-care app. These guides answer those questions directly.
What to log for every feed, how many feeds a day is normal by age, and how to bring a clear record to your next health check.
Read the guideWhat to log for naps and nights, how wake windows change by age, and how to tell a rough week from a real sleep regression.
Read the guideWhich side was last, and how long since the last feed. What to record in a breastfeeding log, what to skip, and how to read a week of it.
Read the guideWhen a breastfeeding alarm genuinely helps, when it does more harm than good, and how to set reminders that follow the baby, not the clock.
Read the guideHow to share a baby tracker with a partner, grandparent or nanny without sharing your password: named logins, scoped access, real handovers.
Read the guideStart logging offline from day one. Add shared care and deeper insights when a second person needs to see the day too.
Log feeds and nappy changes with no signal at all. Everything syncs the moment you reconnect.
Parents, grandparents and carers all read the same day. Nobody has to send an update text.
Spot feeding and sleep trends at a glance. 1 and 7 days are free; Premium opens 30, 90 and custom ranges.
Weight, height and head circumference plotted over time, ready for the next check-up.
Send a handover as a link that opens in any browser for 24 hours. The person you send it to needs no account and no app.
The next carer gets live updates and prompts as the day moves, so nobody has to ask what happened.
Quick Log puts a nappy or a night feed one tap from the home screen. Say "Hey Siri, log bottle" and it is in without unlocking. After dark the screen goes near-black so nothing wakes the baby.
Sent, delivered and seen, for every device in the family. You can tell whether the 3 am feed reached your partner before you go back to sleep.
Get the free pre-release from Google Play on Android, or the iPhone beta through Apple TestFlight. Carry on in the web app when you want a bigger screen.
Enter your baby's name and date of birth to personalise their timeline.
Share a link with your partner, grandparents, or carers so handovers stay simple from day one.

We are still pre-release, so we have not added customer testimonials yet. These are the real-world outcomes the product is designed to deliver.
Nobody has to send a text asking when the last feed was. The answer is already on their phone.
The person starting their shift reads the day before they walk in, rather than after.

Our story
Hi, I'm Ashley. I'm a software engineer, a dad of two (nearly three), and one half of the family behind BubSync. Sarah and I built it in Brisbane, between night feeds, early mornings and full-time work, because the apps we tried didn't fit the way real families share the care of a baby.
When our youngest daughter was born, Sarah was on maternity leave and I was working full time. We split the nights the way a lot of couples do: Sarah took the late nights, and I took the early mornings so she could finally get some unbroken sleep.
That split has a gap right in the middle of it. When I got up at 3 am to settle our daughter, I didn't know when she'd last been fed, when her nappy was last changed, or how long she'd been asleep. The one person who knew was the one person I was trying hardest not to wake.
