BubSync is designed for iOS, Android, and the web. During pre-release, we are onboarding testers in stages and sharing access details through the beta list.

During pre-release, access is invite-led. At launch, BubSync will offer a free tier with up to 2 babies, 7-day history, snapshots, and local logging. Premium adds cloud sync, family sharing, predictions, growth charts, exports, and advanced customisation.

Family admins can invite a partner or carer from the Family tab with a reusable invite link or code. Family sharing and cloud sync are paid features at launch.

Yes. Premium includes care handover instructions and notifications so the next carer can quickly see what happened and what is due next.

At launch, Premium supports unlimited family members. The free tier is designed for local solo logging.

Yes. BubSync supports multiple babies on one account. Tap the baby switcher at the top of the timeline to switch between babies. Free plan supports 2 babies; Premium supports unlimited.

Premium unlocks cloud sync and family sharing, unlimited family members, unlimited babies, unlimited history, snapshots plus predictions, care handover instructions and notifications, up to 90-day insights charts, growth charts, PDF/JSON/CSV exports, custom activity types, and priority support.

At launch, new paid-tier accounts are planned to receive a 14-day free trial. During pre-release, beta access is invite-led.

Once mobile subscriptions are live, you will be able to cancel from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your device. Paid access will continue until the end of the billing period.

You can export your insights and growth charts straight from those tabs using the share button on each. If you are a Premium subscriber and need a full export of your account data, our team is happy to help — just email us at support@bubsync.com.

The Memories tab is your baby's digital baby book — a beautiful, chronological journey of every first you celebrate, from first smile to first steps. BubSync suggests the milestones to watch for around your baby's age so you never miss recording one, and the whole family shares in each celebration. Recording built-in milestones is free; custom milestones are a Premium feature.

Yes. When you welcome a new baby, BubSync writes a short, one-of-a-kind poem about them, drawn from the details you add. The first poem is free for every baby, and you can choose to keep it in their memories to re-read and share any time.

An AI check-in is a one-tap, personalised summary of how a baby is doing right now — what's happened recently, what's likely next, and what to keep an eye on. It's perfect for handovers and late-night moments when you want context fast. AI check-in summaries are a Premium feature; the snapshot of the last feed, nappy change, and sleep is free.

No. Milestones are treated as memories, not tracked activities, so they live in the Memories tab and never clutter your Home timeline, history, or insights. Your daily logging stays focused on feeds, sleep, and nappy changes.

BubSync stores primary account and family activity data in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Static web delivery also uses CloudFront global edge services and us-east-1 support resources. See our Privacy Policy for details on routing metadata, cross-border safeguards, and retention.

Never. Your baby's data is private to your family. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We aim to remove active account data within 30 days. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may remain for up to 35 days and are not accessible to users.
