Built for calmer care
BubSync started with a simple frustration: caring for a baby should not depend on memory, message threads, or repeating the same questions every day.
Our mission
We believe the first year of a baby's life should feel supported, not scattered. BubSync exists to give every caregiver a shared, real-time picture of a baby's day, with less guesswork and fewer handover gaps.
Whether it's a sleep-deprived parent at 3 am, a grandparent helping for the afternoon, or a carer starting their shift, everyone deserves quick, accurate context without a long briefing.
We are a small, fully remote team based in Australia, holding data about other people's children. We treat that as the responsibility it is.
What we stand for
Family first
Every decision we make is guided by what makes life easier for families.
Privacy by design
Your baby's data is yours. We never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
Reliability
Offline-first means BubSync works even when your connection does not.
Accessibility
We design to WCAG 2.1 AA colour-contrast standards, for carers of all abilities and backgrounds.
Shaped by the people using it
Updates ship often, and what goes into them comes from parents and carers telling us what is not working.
Press & media
BubSync is a family business founded in Brisbane by Ashley and Sarah, a software engineer dad and a mum of two (nearly three) who built the baby tracker they needed at 3 am: one shared diary for parents, grandparents and carers, with the memories kept alongside the log. Read the full story →
“The parent settling the baby at 3 am shouldn't have to wake the parent who finally got to sleep. That one moment is why BubSync exists.”
